For over 25 years, Michigan singer-songwriter, producer and musician Scott Baker has mixed an eclectic melting pot of original music with select covers, blending classic rock, singer-songwriter, and Americana music, performing in solo, duo, trio, and full band formats all over the region. Baker worked with Michigan rock icon Dick Wagner for his WMG Record Label from 1999-2003. Scott also assisted blues legend Larry McCray with his two independent releases (Believe It and Larry McCray) in the early 2000’s. Recently, Baker has teamed up with ? & The Mysterians guitarist Bobby Balderrama for several live shows and a possible reunion record. In 2024 when Larry McCray was preparing for a new Joe Bonamassa project, Baker was called upon to assist with demos, songwriting and planning along with Larry McCray, Charlie Walmsley, & Josh Smith for the 2025 McCray blues album Heartbreak City on KTBA Records (Joe Bonamassa/Smith production).
